What is coaching?

Coaching is process that supports a client in achieving a specific goal. Katie uses a range of techniques to support her clients to identify their goal and creates a supportive and forward-thinking coaching experience to enable her client to affect real change.

The process

The first meeting will enable both coach and client to develop a relationship. It is always at the discretion of the client whether they wish to pursue the coaching programme which typically runs over the course of 6 sessions and last for between 1 hour to 90 minutes. During the sessions, Katie supports the client in shaping and realising their goal and creating a focus to ensure that they make practical changes.

What is the outcome?

Katie’s clients shift their perspectives thereby discovering different and practical changes to achieve career fulfilment and personal growth.

Katie is recognised as having a progressive and positive approach to coaching, supporting her clients in developing new ways of thinking. She offers new solutions focused on changing behaviours.
